We harvest our regional honey varieties mainly in the Hochtaunus Nature Park and surrounding landscapes, which have a high botanical diversity and originality.
The hallmark of our honey varieties is the one hundred percent traceability with “single origin” guarantee – this means that the honey varieties come from a fixed area of origin and it is excluded that varieties of different regions are mixed together.

The combination of organic Ceylon cinnamon with our German blossom honey with a touch of Bourbon vanilla has been around for a very, very long time and has its loyal fans – because both basic ingredients are of the best quality.
We mix our fine blossom honey with the sensually fragrant organic Ceylon cinnamon powder, which is referred to as real or original cinnamon powder. In contrast to cassia cinnamon, it hardly contains any coumarin, which makes it harmless. The taste of Ceylon cinnamon is nobler, more aromatic and less pungent than cassia cinnamon.
